The voices of Lois Lane and Clark Kent/Superman for the seventeen exciting 1940s Superman cartoons (produced by Paramount Pictures and Fleischer Studios) are provided by Joan Alexander and Bud Collyer, the actors whose voices are heard in the same decade's Superman radio show. Here is a scene from 1941's"The Mechanical Monsters." This depiction of an aggressive Lois is faithful to the Golden Age version created by Siegel and Shuster.
